What we hold, and what we do not

Your email and name, from Google or Apple when you sign in.

The match videos you upload, and the measurements we derive from them — where the ball landed, when it was struck, how fast it travelled.

The questions you ask about your matches, so we can tell whether the system is answering them well.

We do not recognise faces. Nothing in this system identifies a person from a video, and we have no interest in building that.

We do not track you across other websites, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.

We never sell anything to anyone.

Your footage contains opponents, partners and whoever happens to be on the next court. They did not sign up for this, and we treat that seriously.

We analyse the ball, not people. Player positions are used only to tell a paddle contact from a bounce, and are never stored as anything identifying.

Your videos are private to your account. Nobody else — including other users — can see them.

If you appear in someone else’s upload and want it removed, email us and we will remove it.

Videos and measurements are stored with Supabase, on servers in the United States.

Your questions are sent to Anthropic’s API to be answered. They are not used to train any model.

Your profile page has a button that downloads everything we hold about you as a file.

The same page has a button that deletes all of it — every match, every video, every measurement. We keep no backup of a deleted account.
